Quotes are free, with no obligation. Your quote shows every cost up front, including the product cost, our service fee, and shipping. If we can't find a suitable supplier, there's no charge.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We reply within 2 business days to confirm your request and give you an estimated timeline. Quotes usually follow within 5–10 business days. Some specialized products may take longer, and we'll let you know if so.
Can you handle spare parts and repeat orders?
Yes. Send us the model or part number, and we'll source the part from Japan. For ongoing needs, you can reorder through the same contact, and we'll quote each order before it goes ahead.
Do you ship worldwide?
In most cases, yes. Shipping options depend on the product, your country, and the carrier, and we confirm them in your quote.
Are there export restrictions on machinery or parts?
Some machinery, parts, and materials are subject to Japan's export control regulations.
